I had an amazing experience here. The environment was spotless, and the positive energy was contagious. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. They really prioritized my comfort throughout the process of getting my tattoos and piercings, and educated me on the importance of aftercare for proper healing. If I could give you a higher rating, I would. Thank you Dani for one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever experienced. You made me so comfortable, my intimate piercing (JL) turned out better than anyone could expected. So quick and relatively painless. I am so glad I picked your shop to get my first piercings. So professional, I highly recommend you to anyone who wants to have work done.
Dani is the BEST!I went to the kostoryz location but the tattoo artist was booked. She made a call, and 20 minutes later I was in a tattoo chair!She called and made sure I had a walk in available at the south side location. What amazing customer service and an amazing tattoo by Mia.
