“Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu can be a lot of fun! It is very family oriented and it’s a family too! Plus it’s a sport for anybody who is interested. It doesn’t matter if you have injuries, an amputee, deaf, or even blind! You can be in any shape as well! You can also compete of just train to relieve stress. It’s for everybody!“
“LMA is a great school for young children. My daughter has been going for a year already and has enjoyed the instruction. She has made friends and gained confidence. The instructors are very patient and teach in a way that engages the students and makes it fun. I highly recommend Lumampao Martial Arts.“

“I have been training Jiu Jitsu for the last 10 months @ Renzo Gracie Texas: Team Arredondo. Professor Ruben is very knowledgeable and will guide you through all the stages of understanding and learning the basics of Jiu Jitsu. The team is fantastic and I like training with them every week. “Lobo”“
“My son goes here, I wanted something that would help my baby get fit, slim down, and teach him self-defense,so we wound up here. One of the best things is the class sizes they're not too big to where my son gets lost in the crowd or overlooked, but they're also not so small that there's only a few other students & my son. It's big enough for my son to have sparing partner options but small enough to where if a student is struggling with something one of the instructors can easily notice & assist them. The instructors are patient and able to work with different levels of children and adults. They foster an encouraging, friendly, fun, and safe environment while still challenging the students and pushing them to excel.“
