“All I wanted was some layers put into my hair. What i ended up with was a Feathered, Shaggy Mullet. Adolfo butchered the top part of my hair and left the bottom half virtually untouched. I'm sure he is a good hair dresser or he wouldn't be able to get away with charging $65 a cut for as long as he has. The unfortunate thing is that his ego has gotten so big that he doesn't listen to clients (me) and doesn't pay attention to what he's doing. I told him he was cutting too much. I even lifted my hands for him to stop/slow down. He did not listen. He continued to chop off my hair. Two months later, I still have damaged hair from the shag he gave me and it still looks awful. I can't even run my fingers smoothly through my hair. It's still so short on top that I can't even tuck my hair behind my ears. No one wants to trim it because it will make my hair stick out/fluff out even more. I cant put product in it because it sticks out even more. My only remedy is to apply heavy conditioning mask on my hair every night to weigh it down and carry a water spray bottle during the day to keep my hair from fluffing out. I NEVER asked for a shag and specifically told him not to feather my hair. He does not listen. Be kind to yourself and your hair and stay away from this clown. UPDATE 6 MONTHS LATER: Finally attempted to get a trim with another hairdresser. It was useless because I still have a lot of shag. Idiot Adolfo not only chopped my hair too short at the top but the sides are cut so far back that it extends over and beyond my ears. I still can't blend the top part of my hair with the bottom part. It looks like shaggy, splitended toupee. The hairdresser said it's gonna take about a year before all that awful shag grows out. Even after that, I still gotta wait until healthy hair starts to emerge. NO ONE OF ADOLFO'S SUPPOSSED CALIBER (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE) SHOULD BE MAKING ERRORS THIS BADLY. Hence, I continue go around with 2 Short Shaggy Flaps on both sides of my head that stick out uncontrollably like Bozo the Clown. I can at least tuck some of it behind my ears now. I do go around now acing as a walking billboard and gladly tell everyone that Adolfo created this monstrosity. Get your $0.65 haircut for the astonishing price of $65!!! Adolfo did say he was sorry after he RUINED MY HAIR but really wasn't that sorry cause he still wanted his $65. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE RITZY SALON AND NEIGHBORHOOD. UPDATE 10 MONTHS LATER: Got my hair trimmed again hoping to get rid of this AWFUL split-ended SHAG....Nope. I am tired of not only the shaggy split ends but people asking my why I bleach the ends of my brunette hair orange. I DON'T BLEACH MY ENDS. My hair is still so damaged that MY ENDS TURN ORANGE ON THIER OWN. YUCK... I asked my hairdresser to just cut my hair short and be rid of the shag and uncontrollable side flaps. He finally caved in and told me that another reason my hair doesn't blend is because Adolfo cut "HOLES" into my hair. Hair is supposed to geometrically blend. There's even a huge hole cut behind my head. Lucky for me I have a lot of hair so it's not too noticeable. That's why he won't cut my hair short. That's why my ponytails are crooked and lopsided. I can't wear a ponytail anyway because my side flaps are too short and damaged. If you want you hair ruined for at least a Year, IDIOT ADOLFO IS YOUR MAN! UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER: The top 1/8 of my hair is growing out soft while the rest of my hair is a shaggy split ended mess. I look like the Cowardly Lion. The right flap of hair is finally bleeding in but not the left. The left side has a lot more damage. This idiot couldn't even give me a symmetrical haircut. My hair STILL feels and looks very GRAINY AND DRY. UPDATE 14 MONTHS LATER: Got a hair cut. I was finally able to chop off most of the remaining shag. My hair is short now. ? Just remember, a High Dollar Harlot is just as Infectious as a Cheap One. I'll stick with my $30 Cheap Harlot from now “
