Came in as a new patient and the ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was a little confused on the paperwork and they helped me with it. The assistant that took my xrays was very kind I think her name was Valeria---very professional. Then the hygienist came in to measure my gums which she was very knowledgeable about gum disease. Turns out my gums are healthy. I have never had my gums checked like that before. It definitely pays off to keep up with regular cleanings and brushing/flossing. Great experience! I been to many dental offices and can say that the clinical team here knows what they are talking about. They are highly skilled and trained. I was blown away by the hygienist…she talked to me is such a professional and kind manner that I felt she took good care of me. She explained the difference between cleanings and I was shocked to know that there are different cleanings. So happy to find a skilled hygienist who knows how to treat her patients properly :)
