We booked an appointment for our daughter to get her hair done for prom at 2:00 pm and Alyssa seamed to have either double booked or took a walk in at the same time and we were not even acknowledged waiting almost 30 minutes. So unprofessional and upsetting to have this happen on what is supposed to be a happy and special day. We would not be giving this salon a second chance.
