Half the house went out of power fully today but went back on after I played with the breaker. AEP came and told me to call an electrician to replace my entire meter box. I called Primary Electrical Solutions and Stephany scheduled me for a quote. Then my power went out again and I was nervous because I did not think I could make the quote date. I called Stephany again and let her know, she was extremely concerned and sent Brian out right away even though it was almost after hours and BRIAN immediately contacted AEP to shut off power so he could replace the part in my meter box that had gone bad and literally saved me thousands of dollars in a whole panel replacement. I would also like to say that during this emergency, I had also called one of the more "reputable" five-star companies on Google and they did everything they could to dissuade me from having this electric company come out and help me even though they could not make it out today and my animals and I were without electricity. (I'm pretty sure they ran on some type of commission and knew they would lose business if PES was successful with my problem.) Brian knew exactly what to do and even explained it in a way where I could understand it. And I ultimately paid so little for such an important fix and he was so upfront and honest about all the charges I would incur from the get go. I am forever indebted. He said that they have lost their master electrician and they were going to try to stay in business. I am praying for them and that their need for a master electrician is fulfilled.“
