We had an issue with our upstairs Townhouse kitchen sink. I was abit reluctant to call a professional after having two "handymen" check it for us. The sink was still backing up, draining so slowly. Drum came out the next day, wasn't real sure what to expect, however trusted the reviews I read on line. Mike came out, very professional, nice man, straightforward and honest. He explained all he was doing during the process with his machinery. He resolved our issue in a timely manner, very good about clean up. I had used Mr. Drum a couple of years ago. Then, he was very fair and the consummate professional. He was willing to come within hours today but suggested I call the city wastewater division first. The city to my surprise came within 45 minutes. The problem was in the main line. According to the young man from the city , was we use too many wipees. Who would've thought!! Anyway Mr. Drum was honest and forthright. Thank God we still have honest people in the world, in our city!! I recommend him highly.

Mike Drum is the real deal. He understands instinctively how to execute a job from start to finish with quality and efficiency. I hunted for two years for someone who could address a water heater and vent system that was out of code, dated and unsafe. He and Raul worked vigorously and efficiently and, within a few hours we were looking like a million bucks and ready for inspection. It was a tricky situation but these gentlemen knocked it out of the dark. Plus, the quote was best I had seen. We're so very grateful.
