We've been using Bug Busters since 2009. The house we bought had been abandoned and neglected for years. After major renovations, we had Jeff come out to spray our house and yard. He informed us it would take more than 1 service call to get our pest problem under control. After 2 service calls, our pest problems are under control, and with regular scheduled maintenance, everything is taken care of. The prices are great, but what we value most is Jeff's integrity. Sorry she had a bad experience but my parents had a mice problem and he came out and in a week they were gone alone with a few roaches he is a personal friend of mine he was very professional and on time I would use him anytime anywhere if I needed anything done he would be the one I call on
