Aveda Arts & Sciences is a very professional outfit. Yes it is a teaching facility for the arts and sciences of hair styling, makeup and all the other essentials that go with salon work. But it really didn't feel like a school environment, it was very much a professional salon environment. I walked in on a Monday finally ready to get something done with my hair because, well it was a mess. It had odd shapes in it and I really couldn't do anything with it except put it in a scrunchie and hope for the best. Jaclyn was the student that worked on me, and despite there being miscommunication with the instructor on what I wanted because I lacked the technical terms to ask, she advocated for me! She did a fantastic job, my hair looks wonderful just in time for a family wedding. I don't know if I would have gotten the same results with a meeker student. Jaclyn ROCKS!!!
Aveda is my favourite place to go to get the best service and the healthiest products on Earth! I appreciate that we have Aveda all over the country so I can attend there and be treated as a family member ! My absolute pleasure!
