Loved, loved this place. My friend booked a learners class for us, and I could not have enjoyed more. It was hard, almost cried but my body thanked me in the end. Not to mention the instructor who with all patience explaining to us how everything worked and helped us throughout the workout. I am definitely booking classes more often.

I’m so thankful I found 9R. I have the best trainers and the workout is efficient in just 30 minutes. Can’t believe how strong I have become in just 4 months of training. I signed up for a year. Can’t wait to see my transformation. I have been recommending the gym to my family and friends to make the effort to try it out. It’s the best decision I made for my body and mind. 9R is my lifelong choice to stay healthy.

This place is GREAT for a workout. I haven't been for a few years because last I checked it was pretty pricey to continue. About $80-$100 a month. I get that it's semi-personal training, but it's a 30 minute workout and the trainer is helping other people at the same time. I can't find current pricing on the website. All I see is that for a 2 week trial it's $39. It use to be free for a week.
