Highly recommend Tom at Quality Care Carpet Cleaning!! He was quick to respond to my text msg, showed up on time, and in 4 hours had all my carpets and rugs clean and smelling great! Amazing service! They came highly recommended by a close friend who knew I needed my carpets cleaned. Service was excellent - was completely WOW’d by all the dog hair that was able to be extracted from deep inside my carpet that a vacuum simply can’t reach. Was also happy to see the additional services offered that make this company a one-stop trusted service for us go forward.

Responded to my initial inquiry and sent an estimate and date of service quickly. There was no upsell. In fact, once Tim arrived and had eyes on the job, he tried to lower the original estimate, but we went with the previous fair priced service. Tim was on time and worked quickly. I'm very pleased with the results.
