I have rarely experienced a healthcare provider who goes above and beyond to ensure their patients are very well cared for and heard. Dr. Mackie is that provider. She IS excellence in dental care. And her staff carries her model of service excellence well. It is above refreshing, and I stay impressed!

This is my 6 month visit and I had a check up and cleaning. The ladies in the office are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist, Dani makes me feel so comfortable. She has a wonderful personality, I felt like I have known her for sometime. When doctor Mackie came in to check me, her friendly demeanor makes me feel comfortable at once. She was easy to talk to, she made me feel like she really cares a lot about her patients. I am so happy I am a patient of this practice.

Dr. Mackie was called in to extra service as a dental hygienist for my appointment due to short staff. She was wonderful and almost as good as her staff hygienist(just kidding). I continue to be impressed by Loretto Dentistry. They are above and beyond any office i have dealt with over my lifetime. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this office. Keep up the great service!
