First, let me say I am a pain when it comes to my hair. I have never known how to take care of my hair, ask for the right cut for my face/needs/anything. Caroline asked me questions and walked me through her process before even starting. She was very kind to explain things in detail and set proper expectations. She also answered my gajillion questions with kindness and non-judgement. The office was clean, professional, pleasingly decorated and very relaxing. I already re-scheduled with her! I will be recommending her to friends and family. Thank you Caroline for making a hair novice feel beautiful and confident!
