I have a Louis Vuitton jacket that had a giant stain on the sleeve that I could not remove, so I decided to take it here for some help. I was nervous about leaving such an expensive item but they were able to quickly put my mind at ease. Not only did they get the stain out of my jacket, but they did it while having some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. 10/10 will definitely be coming back here“
