Our experience with DKG Roofing was amazingly positive. Samuel’s communication was honest, clear, and timely. He listened attentively to our requests and needs. He handled the contact with the insurance company. He was actively involved in the supervision of the projects. The workers did an excellent job on our roof, gutters, window screens, and garage door. Dave and his team came to my property to identify a pesky, intermittent roof leak. Of course, insurance won't cover defects, just acts of God. They often came out and patched here and there until they were sure where the leak was. Other roofing companies were ready and willing to tear the whole roof section off at a major cost. DKG took their time, identified the exact spot, and told me exactly what they were going to do and NOT going to do. There was even an opportunity for them to subcontract a small gutter job but did not. Instead, they pulled a favor and let me work directly with the gutter company, saving money that could have been an extra contractor fee.... read full review
