Today was my first appointment at Baird Family Dental & they are exceptional! My hygienist Nicky was far & above anyone in her position that I’ve seen in years, with a sparkling personality & absolutely thorough! Dr. Jones was engaging & had a great “bed side” manner, very informative. I am definitely a fan of this clinic!
I had a crown put on in June 2019 because I had a tooth crack & my previous dentist had retired. Since that time, I have noticed I can feel the crown with my tongue much more than any of my other crowns. I moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2020 & today when I went in for a cleaning & check-up, the dentist here noticed that the crown put on in Dr. Baird’s office is too big & has a gap where food can lodge & irritate my gums. It is the only crown that has issues and needs to be replaced even though it is my most recent crown. My insurance won’t pay because the crown is only 2 years old. I called Dr. Baird’s office to see if they could do anything to help & was told no. I am extremely frustrated and very sorry I visited his office. I definitely do not recommend him.
Baird Family Dental is not just a name, it's an experience! You are treated like family from the moment you walk through the door. I'm going to have to have two crowns, and some other extensive work, and I'm not dreading it. My hygienist Brandi answers all my questions, and Dr Danny Baird is AWESOME!
