Truc is amazing at designs; she has never disappointed me with anything I have asked her to do. In fact her design is usually better than the one I showed her! Love this nail shop!!!“

“This review is long overdue. I struggle with PTSD and decided to call into work and take a mental health day back in March. I strolled up to Balance and took a chance at being seen as a walk in. These ladies were so amazing and Cheri made time for me in between her appointments to give me a lash lift and a much needed cut. I am a DIY person and did quite a number on my hair and Cheri fixed it all up for me! And I promised never to cut my own hair again lol I have been able to style my hair in so many ways ever since Cheri cut it. she was so friendly and the vibe truly made such a difference for me! I was having such a hard time and I felt so pretty walking away with my hair styled and lashes lifted sorry I took so long to write this review! “The customer service is top notch! When you walk in you are immediately addressed by no less than two people. They will do your nails and toes at the same time. They have at least 40 pedicure chairs and to top of off there's a full bar. Don't go anywhere else in Killeen!!!“
