“This review is long overdue. I struggle with PTSD and decided to call into work and take a mental health day back in March. I strolled up to Balance and took a chance at being seen as a walk in. These ladies were so amazing and Cheri made time for me in between her appointments to give me a lash lift and a much needed cut. I am a DIY person and did quite a number on my hair and Cheri fixed it all up for me! And I promised never to cut my own hair again lol I have been able to style my hair in so many ways ever since Cheri cut it. she was so friendly and the vibe truly made such a difference for me! I was having such a hard time and I felt so pretty walking away with my hair styled and lashes lifted sorry I took so long to write this review! “I've been going to see Crystal for many years. She takes care of me and my whole family. She does awesome work at affordable prices. Her new salon is the bomb and a long time coming. That shampoo chair is far superior to the old one. I recommend her for cuts, perms, colors, highlights, crazy colors. She has done it all on me or someone in my family. She also did awesome wedding hair for my daughter's wedding party a few years ago!“

“DO NOT BOOK‼️ worst butterfly locs I’ve ever seen. I told Mel how unsatisfied I was with the results of her work and I would either like a refund or for her to remove them from my hair. She agreed to remove them from my hair “later tonight”. I reached out to her multiple times and she never replied. $200 wasted on her terrible services and she couldn’t even have the decency to remove the hair like she said she would. It took me hours to remove one butterfly loc because she knotted my hair so badly underneath. Please DO NOT BOOK with this wanna be hairstylist!!!! You will regret it.“

“Definitely recommend this salon. I have straight, fine, thin hair and I have no time to style it being a mom and always on the run. I went in Cora was my stylist. She was just amazing. I told her about my hair and having no time. I still want my hair to look nice but I have no idea what I want. So pretty much gave her free range on my hair cut. She worked her magic and turned out so great! I love it. I don’t have to worry about styling it for my hair to look good. I can just wash and go. Will be coming back for sure. ?

“Let's review this establishment It was not my first time inside as my son and brother have gotten haircuts here but it was my first getting a haircut. This place is in a small shopping center 5min away from my moms home. Instead of doing my usual pros and cons I will just tell my experience. Let's get the negatives out the way as I've had more positives. My only negative is they opened a bit later then advertised on the door. About 15min late but who hasn't been late before we are all guilty of being late in life. Now positives, I literally sat down once they opened to take pictures but before I could even do that Moe (barber) called me up to get cut which is why you see a lack of photos. I have to give Moe big props because my hair was definitely wild and a bit rough to initially cut but Moe worked magic with the clippers. The Playlist of music was on point and it was just a very relaxing experience. I loved my haircut. If you happen to stop by this shop ask for Moe you will not be disappointed. Actually all the barbers seem to be very talented. I will update with pictures on my next visit“
