I had such an amazing experience when I went today for a Ying and Yang Massage. You can tell that Kara is passionate about her craft. I honestly think I received the best massage I have ever had in my life. I will definitely return for future services and would recommend her to anyone.
I had ankle surgery almost 8 weeks ago and I was still swelling, which was expected. Kara’s massage was so relaxing, leveled out my hips, and she worked on my ankle. For the last 24 hours there has been NO swelling and it feels amazing! I will continue to support her and she supports my well being too.
Kara is a wonderful human being, in addition to being a wonderful massage therapist. The woman has a heart of gold and a full physiological understanding of human body. Every time I leave there I am relaxed and mellow, so yeah - her massages are my drug of choice.
