Over the weekend, my glasses were sat on resulting in a popped-out lens and bent frame. On Monday morning, around 8:20 am, I stopped by Cove Eyecare. The receptionist greeted me immediately, took my sad twisted frame and lens, and within 5-10 minutes came back with my glasses as good as new. The expertise and customer service of the entire staff is why I've been coming back for years. Thank for for saving my day.Addition: Four months later my frames had another mishap and I returned to Cove Eyecare. I met the technician Mr. Ed (yes, like the horse) who spent a considerable amount of time making my frames straight and balanced again. Thank you.

I’ve been coming here for years. The Dr has always been great. Today I was truly upset at the lady up front. My son went to his appointment alone for the first time as an 18 year old. When I asked about his experience, he stated the exam went well but he didn’t get any glasses. Long story short, he was directed to which frames his insurance covered. My son said they all seemed for kids and just walked out telling her he was “fine” with his current glasses. I walked his butt back over there, since his glasses are super glued currently.
