If you are looking for quality dedicated air service, please check out Arctic air. The owner Austin and his crew were amazing. I have been dealing with the American home shield and my AC throughout the summer. My AC was out for two months during the summer but the owner came out to my house one night and fixed my AC and then came back to clean my coil. They were very organized and professional throughout the whole process and they allowed me to see the before and after results. What a blessing to have met Austin and his amazing crew. Once again, if you are looking for quality dedicated people, please check them out because they will get the job done.

I had already had Austin install a new thermostat and he had a little trouble with the furnace connecting with it due to the fact that the furnace was over 30 years old. The heat was insufficient and the air conditioning was blowing warm air. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for the replacement of both units. I did some research and found that his prices are lower than any in the area. He came out and had the units installed and running the day I called. This company is the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous I have been privileged to do business with. Huge shout out to Artic Air for helping us out of a jam. Our A/C went out when it was 100 degrees out. They squeezed me in and fixed my AC same day! Very knowledgeable and professional. Once he opened up the unit he identified the issues and was able to replace the bad components on the spot. Thank you JR and the Artic Air team. Highly recommend.
