As a USDA Accredited Veterinarian, I am pleased that Dr. Ward had research my needs before our appointment and was prepared for with a treatment plan for my two cats and a timeline to submit necessary paperwork.“

“Castle Hills Hospital has been nothing short of amazing for my puppy Lt. Winters! I’m a first time dog mom and had a lot of questions and concerns at our initial visit and Dr. Joy and his entire staff have been such great support! He also recently underwent his neutering surgery and they took such great care of him when I was so worried! They are so kind and caring and even followed up with me on how he was doing on Christmas Eve. I love the ability to text them with any questions or concerns and they respond so fast. “I came as a walk in for puppy vaccinations. The waiting room is as clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A wellness check was included for free and my puppy was weighed and looked at before the vaccinations. The service was quick and took about 15 minutes. She got her ten week shots and then the vet tech came out to tell me where she got the shots and that she could be sore. She was also checked for parasites at the visit. The timeframe for puppy vaccinations was explained during check out and I left with a follow up appointment. We also were given her first flea and tick medication for me to administer at home. Very informative visit and very affordable.“

“I have been coming here since 2003 first with my boxer Zeus when he was 4 weeks old, now with my Lola. Zeus lived 14 years because of Dr Jim Miller, who I found out has retired. He loved Zeus. I moved to Houston area in 2015 have recently moved back to the area, drove 40 minutes to come here. “If possible I highly recommend requesting Dr. Johnson as the vet and Heidi as the vet tech. They are both just wonderful people and are so great with my pets. You can just see how they bond immediately. I also urge you to ask for alternatives if a certain medication for your pet is too pricey.“

“This is the GOAT! Honestly, the staff and doctors are excellent. Compared to going to your home veterinary and being told, " we have to extract the tooth." We don't do that is human dental care, so why do it in our babies. Unless it is necessary and vital to health reasons. They saved the tooth by capping it, and though the other could not be saved, it had to come out, but it was like our wisdom teeth. Not required to chew our food.
The point is this is the place to go if you want excellent dental care.

Vet was very nice and personable, explained everything very thoroughly and told us she agreed with the treatment plan our vet had us on. She alerted us to a potential abdominal issue with our dog so she recommended we get an abdominal ultrasound. All in all it was a good visit and a good investment of time and money to confirm what was going on with our dog's health. I would definitely consider making them our primary vet if we lived closer.“
