Mike was incredibly nice! He was able to point out the issue with my phone in less than 30 seconds, stepped into the back for maybe a minute, and came back with it completely fixed. Highly recommend he gets a raise!!!

Have been to their shop 3 times. First time they fixed my Samsung S22 Ultra when i was afraid of having to replace it. They were efficient, professional and reasonably priced. The last time my husband had accidentally downloaded something that made his phone almost useless, as pop ups asking him to download software to protect his phone (ironic). They quickly assessed the issue and fixed it at no charge. Highly recommend this place!

Mike and Shane did a great job getting me in and out. Had to switch my Samsung Care + appointment from another location that would not answer the phone to confirm they had the part. Called from 10 to 11 no answer (Irving) They made sure to hold the part for the me, till after I got off work and had the repair completed in less than 45 min.
