I've written an review about this office already but I had to write another one. My daughter is a patient of Dr. J and every time we come in the office we receive amazing and warm and welcoming service from the ladies at the front desk to the technicians in the back. Dr. J is located at two offices in Coppell and Grapevine, and we have received amazing customer service at both locations. I want to personally shout out Rosie though. She reached out to me about a credit and made sure I received it in a timely manner. Thank you SO MUCH! She keeps the patients in mind and I hope she knows that it was needed and on time. Dr. J and the staff at Stellar Smiles provide top tier service. They really went above and beyond to get my teeth looking as good as possible. Shout out to Rosie for working so hard and getting me a huge insurance refund towards the end of my care plan too! Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
Our journey with Stellar Smiles has been very pleasant. My twin girls started their braces in August of 2021. We are very happy with the results. I truly appreciate the welcoming front desk always smiling Rosie. Thank you so much for your patience and support. I would 100% recommend Stellar Smiles.
