Can't get a hold of anyone at the Euless location. Left messages with Hannah and Lauren - trying to renew my 5yr spray tan membership. Now I call and it's a busy signal. Called the corporate office in Coppell. Left a message for Justin. No one answers. Only voice-mail. Pathetic service for someone who's trying to give you money! Answer the phone! Return calls!
I have been a member for a few years, there is such high turn over, you never seem to see the same staff members consistently.I have cancelled my membership and am now going to a salon that cares about their staff.
This store has improved SO MUCH since I was last a member here! I went for a one time spray tan and immediately noticed how clean every room was as one of the employees walked me to the back for the spray. Now that I'm a member again the store is finally back to opening on time!!!!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone
