I’m unsure how massage envy is still in business honestly. I had credits to use before they expired and it was HELL trying to use them!! The only positive was the amazing massage Jonathan gave me. I feel like people only write reviews to complain (which I mean I did do that) but also feel like we have to give credit where it’s due and Jonathan’s service was 5 stars! Everything surrounding the one hour of bliss knocked this review down to 3 stars.
The front desk staff was very sweet and had good customer service. Unfortunately, the therapist I had gave me the worst massage I’ve ever had at any massage envy location (I’ve had a membership for 10 years and have used it out of state as well). I would not ever return to this location.
BEWARE and Be aware of the vouchers. If they are purchased anywhere else other than the location purchased at, they are NOT VALID. How can a company do this to their clients?! The assistant manager was VERY rude in explaining this to me and has no place in customer service. Do not waste your time here.
