My insurance is accepted here. The doctor was great and on time. Glasses here are too expensive (even with the insurance) but they have a nice selection. Easy parking, nice and accommodating staff.

While I really appreciate my eye doctor at Coppell Vision Center, the accounting is part of the package. And it is bad. Unfortunate for me that I had to pay for something covered by insurance because the office did not bill my insurance in a reasonable time. I changed employers; new employer didn't pay the old bill. If I handled my finances like this, it would be a disaster. That's how I currently feel about this office.
