My family has been going here for over 15 years always with good service until today. My appointment was at 8:00 am I got caught in traffic and was speaking with the lady checking in at 8:08 and she told me I had to reschedule because I was late. All the years I have been early like they requested and the first time I'm 8 minutes late they won't see me. Never again I'll find another Doctor.

I would give a negative rating if I could. My husband and I have been patients here for 25 years. At my husband's last visit, they offered the shingles vaccine and he got it. we don't have insurance and so he paid cash for his visit. One week later, we get a bill for $500 for the vaccine. WTH? if you are going to ask someone about something that cost $500, you should probably let them know. We will no longer be seeing Dr. Coxsey.

Wish I could rate this a negative 10! The office staff at this office have become so unwelcoming and rude within the last few years! I have been going here for 10+ years and my mother for 20+. I assume they switched management and now treat you as an inconvenience. My mother was 4 minutes late for an appointment. Told to "fill out a form" even though she had previously checked in online. When she returned to the window 4 minutes later to submit the form, she was told she was "late and needs to reschedule". We live far 1.5 hrs from this location and have continued to drive here over the years due to the excelllent service and the fantastic doctor. Unfortunately, though we love out Dr. we will no longer be able to go to this practice. I understand their time is valuable but so is ours! I would also like to note this isn't just a pissed off customer we have been treated this way 5+ time prior to this review. The office staff can't blame this on their bad day... clearly this company needs to look into why their employees are so unhappy.
