“I requested A/C service from Cinch Home warranty company. They referred me to a local AC business and the AC man called and said his truck had broken down. Chinch then assigned a company from Houston, I live in San Antonio. I was excited because the man said he would come to my home after he finished a job. This was Saturday and I was impressed that someone from Houston would come to SA on a Saturday night. He did not show, with no phone call about when he could come. Chinch then assigned Thomas AC, this was now Sunday midday, I called and talked to Robert, he understood our problem and said he would come check it out. He did come and diagnosed the problem, got us going. Lasted two days, called Robert and he came right away yada yada yada. Bottom line is that Robert and his wife Dawn were very helpful in dealing with Chinch. I would highly recommend Thomas Heating and Air. Because of how Robert worked with Cinch, he saved us a good deal of money. The negative reviews on here, do not describe the Robert that helped us solve our A/C problem.
