Customer service is always good and price is fine. Stopped by in a pinch a few times and always ended up having to go over everything again later. But hey, you get what you pay for.

I love the Great Clips business model. They keep my haircut preferences in their system, and when I am ready to get a haircut, I go to the app and check to see what the waiting time is. Where I live there are several places to check. The advantage is that I get the haircut I want at the time I want it, which for me is a rather spontaneous decision. I am no longer dealing with appointments that I'll most likely forget, or the need to be loyal to one stylist. My haircut needs are very simple and the quality tends to be very consistent.
