He was honest, efficient, hard-working, professional, and friendly, and was able to help us help ourselves in those areas in which he did not need to make repairs (i.e., our smoke detection system). Mark was our second quote and he did not upcharge us or suggest unnecessary work, but rather, gave us multiple options so that we had the power to decide and save money. He showed up early for our estimate and for the next-day installation/repairs. Will definitely use Mark again if we ever have any electrical issues!!“
