My dad sent me to pick up a part from this place and it was nightmarish. The service was so slow I waited approx 30 min before being called to the counter. The gentleman that helped me sold me a part , that I later had to wait another 30 min for them to see if the had it in stock, overcharged me $45.00 and I could tell he just wanted to go home. It was quite the experience, for sure. I do want to give a shoutout to Charlie who saw my frustration and offered to assist me as soon as he wrapped up with the customer he was with. So thanks to Charlie I gave yall 2 stars otherwise it would have been none!

Very well costumer service I appreciate Mr Izz he is very nice man i recommend this location for those how has freightliner besides there responsibilities according to there job they are Absolutely respectful with the customer

Doggett freightliner has improved their parts department 100%, but also the parts salesman Mr. Moses Perez always does a superb job. I email him he always orders what I need in a proficient & expedient manner. Thank you ,Mr. M. Perez keep up the great work.
