Becoming a new patient was easy and simple. Was able to schedule an appointment through text, verify insurance through text, and fill out new forms all through my phone. In this day and age, I found that one of the best reasons to choose this facility. Facility was clean and everyone was very respectful. Customer service 10/10. Very glad I chose to go with Dental Plus Clinic - Converse, Sandra was amazing! Most of the time people dislike going to the Dentist. Looking forward to my next appointment!
My first time visit was a great experience. As a person with dental anxiety, I was treated with respect, made aware of all costs going into the appointment, and they provided great care through the process.
Very informative. Front desk explains everything that’s gonna be done today. Paperwork is done in the efficient way the assistant prepares you and Pre you very kind my daughter received Niten gas for her procedure. She explained to my daughter who is 10. What it does how will make her feel told her they’re gonna know or explain to her what she gonna do ask her was she comfortable throughout the procedure checked to make sure she was OK. Dennis himself was very effective and efficient communicated very well. Explain to me everything that was happening what to do after it was just a great great experience all the way around.
