Comfort Dental in Converse is simply amazing. Dr. Foulger took care of me as a new patient emergency visit. He was so gentle and kind. His assistant Nessa was an angel. They both were so caring, gentle, professional, and thorough. This office is heaven sent!
This location does good work, but I take issue with their relationships with the VA. The dentist found work that was necessary but not preauthorized. Comfort was unwilling to call the VA instead of communicating by email. I'm not sure where the most blame was deserved, but only one tooth was worked on per visit, resulting in multiple visits. Four as of today, and I'm hearing it will take about four more. I will update this review as needed, but as of now, I wouldn't choose Comfort Dental next year.
One of the best dentist offices I’ve been to! Very professional and kind staff. Nessa is ALWAYS a joy to be around and is a very calm presence. As someone with extreme anxiety, I am very grateful each time I see that she will be working with me!
