The staff was friendly and the clothes came out great but they are WAY overpriced! I can’t afford to go back again. It cost $80 for 8 items! Also, they lost my sweater and they gave me someone else’s blouse. Thankfully, I checked my items before I left the parking lot so I was able to return the blouse and they found my sweater somewhere else. I had to return the next day to get my sweater! This is my second bad experience at Tide. I will not go back again.

I have been using Tide Cleaners for a few years now. Everything from laundry with light starch to dry clean, to alterations. Wonderful! Both the Hwy 242 Harpers Trace location and Kingwood Drive location. 1000% satisfied! Try them! You will not regret.

I read several reviews for this Tide cleaners location before dropping off a suit to be cleaned. Vicki's name came up several times, and I have to tell you, the hype about her was 100% spot on. This was my first time dropping off here, and I'll be back again. She was very thorough in her explanation of services provided to include their pick up and drop off service. She has a great attitude, easy to talk to, and my suit looked great as well. This is a win/win, in my opinion.
