The Technician Frank arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very informative about the system, and the needed service, personable, and the charges were extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!
2 1/2 years later and Literally Thousands of $ spent, following every recommendation given by another company and my system never returned to what I knew it could do. Opted to call Roy's based on word of mouth around town alone. Tech showed up identified subpar parts and poor quality workmanship almost instantly. He showed me the specs my unit should have been under and the specs the prior techs had documented on a capacitor which was far under where my unit should have been. He corrected poor wiring techniques that were causing some arching (blacked ends on wires) then brought the unit back to Factor Spec and wouldn't you know it, 3 days into the fix with Temps at or near 100 and the system has run for the last several days just like I knew it could, like it did several years ago before other hands touched it. Thank You, Job well Done ! From my stand point this company is highly recommended and will be my first call when and If the need comes around again.
