Paradise Pool and Spa replastered my pool in January of 2022. I was very pleased with the level of communication that was received from the office staff and all of the startup crew that worked on my remodel. The replaster was completed on time and within proposed budget and the final product was excellent. I am pretty particular, and everyone from the company was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns that I may have had with the job.

Took 11 days to get to the point where they gave up on my heater problem. Communication was poor and/or odd. In their defense, two other techs could not figure it out either, even after consulting Hayward. Owner seems to be a solid tech and good guy, but business process execution is sloppy.

Great customer service! They show up every week and do a great job. They are always friendly and answer all my questions. When we had a small concern, and they took care of it completely and quickly. Very professional.
