If I could give more than 5 starts I would, from the technician (Charles) to the customer Service team (Ms.Laura) everything was a great experience! Will recommend everyone to My Guys! My house feels cooler already ?
Absolutely the best service! We highly, highly recommend My Guys. Very honest, professional, and thorough. Charlie came to our home and resolved our problem in a matter of minutes. We are so happy with My Guys and have signed up for their VIP maintenance program. Well worth it!
The crew from My Guys was very efficient and respectful of my house. They even vacuumed before they left. They arrived early and got straight to work. They finished the job in a timely manner and wished me a good day when they left. I will definitely use them again when necessary.
