CALL.THESE.GUYS!!I received an estimate from another company. I reached out to Long for a second opinion. It appears the first company was trying to sell me unneccessary equipment and repairs. Long AC was upfront and honest reducing the installaion of my new AC by a little over 30%.I cannot thank these guys enough for their awesome customer service which seems to be a lost art this day and age!!Service: Install AC

Issue: insufficient cooling Experience: I initially called another provider, and they did not even take measurements. Instead they just tried to sell me new equipment. Norman from Long AC came out. He used the IR gun to measure discharge air, and it was warmer than expected. He put gauges on determining low freon. He ended up putting 2 lbs of freon in and the discharge air is now 8 degrees cooler.
