This rehabilitation place is terrific! The receptionists are pleasant and very efficient and helpful. They are quick to reschedule if you need to change an appointment. They get patients into the facility quickly and politely. They are so cheerful. The therapists are also very very good. They are kind but they ask you to do the work that is necessary for your particular issues. I can’t say enough.

I have been going to the Houston Methodist Outpatient Rehabilitation Services in Conroe, TX for approximately 4 months. As my first experience to receive Physical Therapy, the bar was set high at this facility. First impressions are important and LaTonya clearly met the mark. She was professional, kind, and always greeted me with the warmest hello as if I was the most important patient walking in. My therapist was Zach Palumbos PT, DPT. This is my second time having PT with Catherine Lansangan. 10 years ago after a rotator cuff repair. She was awesome then and has only improved since. This time a cadaver elbow tendon transplant requiring some extra time and diligence. She is exceedingly talented in what she does and willingly spends the extra time needed answering my questions or concerns. I have interacted with most of the other staff in this facility as I go through my PT and they are all a perfect mix of personable and professional.
