HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is a 332-bed hospital that has served Montgomery County for over 80 years. They offer various services such as cardiac care, a women's center with a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, pediatric care, physical therapy and rehabilitation, a sleep center, imaging and diagnostics, bariatrics, and a wound care center. The hospital is recognized as a designated Level II Trauma Center, a certified Primary Stroke Center, an accredited Chest Pain Center, and a Texas Ten Step designated facility. One patient had a great experience in the ER, where they received kind and caring attention from Nurse Practitioner Heather. They were seen quickly, and Heather took the time to listen to them. Another patient had an exceptional birthing experience, praising the cleanliness, politeness, and helpfulness of the nurses in the lab, delivery, and post-partum units. They were particularly grateful for the care they received from Nurse Heather and Kerin while recovering from a C-section. A third patient had a phenomenal experience at the hospital, receiving excellent customer service and care from Dr. Gilmore and the nurses. They highly recommend the hospital to everyone.
