“Brittney did an amazing job fixing my hair. I had the unfortunate experience of going somewhere else first and they turned my coppery auburn hair into a dark purple. Brittney saved the day and got that horrific job by others fixed. She was sweet supportive and professional. She took her time and explained how we were going to fix it which involved bleaching it out and not only color restoration but hair restoration due to being dried out from the previous job combined with bleaching to correct. All of the stylist seemed very professional and jumped in to help her at one point because it was so much work to fix. I already booked my touch up appointment with her in a few weeks. She is awesome“

“July 2024 UPDATE
Several weeks after this review Cherry, the Manager called me to apologize and tell me the issue had been delt with. She offered me a free haircut from her. I told her that I was on my phone deleting Great Clips data stopping to take her call. I got my free haircut, she did it well, gave a thank you tip. Yesterday I went back for another haircut. Cherry was on leave to help a family member. Kalah (sp) gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time! My 8+ years of loyalty will continue!

May 2024:
Horrible! 1st time having a cut from this older woman. She trimmed my hair. Left it wet combed it all to the front took off the black cape and started walking to the register . I took my comb out and combed my wet hair. She said it's your lucky day , your haircut is $ 8.95. I slipped my card into the machine it came up saying $5.00 was the lowest suggested tip! That's crazy! A five minute haircut would net her $60 in tips plus her salary! I've been going there for 8 years. Guess it's time to move on. Ron Streelman disabled USN Vietnam veteran“

She walked me through every part of the hair cut and made sure several times that I was happy with how my hair was looking. She even went above and beyond to teach me how to curl my own hair. “I have to brag on Alyse & Ashley! I went in on 7/12 as a first time client. We did a consultation and I ordered my hair for extensions. We set my appointment to come back and do the install on 7/23. Ashley called me that morning and explained that my extensions still had not been delivered (shipping has been crazy since the hurricane). She explained that they should be delivered by 7pm that night. At 5:30 that evening I got a call from Alyse and she stated that my hair had been delivered. She explained that if I was willing to come in, she would stay after hours and get them installed. Of course I said yes! My hair looks amazing, they did an outstanding job!
