We have been using Diamond Heating and Air Conditioning for years now. They have serviced us in two different homes and never disappoint us. They provide highly responsive and professional service each and every time. Highly recommend !
I have been using Diamond Heating & Air conditioner for over 10 years! The owner, Paul Hump is a very good man with the highest integrity and honesty! They originally installed a complete A/C about 10 years ago. He was overly fair and completed the job in one day! Now after 10 years, my A/C system went out. The next morning after I called them, they had a technician, John come out and examined my system. He could have told my my compressor was out or anything. He checked everything and found it was the starter capacitor for my fan motor. It took all of about ten minutes and it was working fine! I will never use anyone else! These folks are great. Even though their office is in Conroe, they're there asap in my neighborhood (Rice Military) when you need them. John is a pleasure to work with, always shows up with a smile on his face and obviously loves his job. Great service at fair prices, and if there's a warranty issue, they'll go to bat for you with the manufacturer. What else could you want?Services: Heating system installation
