Took my iPad to Jissan computers because a very little piece of the charging cable had broken off inside of it. My iPad was at 45% and couldn’t be charged when I brought to him. Not only did Jissan get the tiny piece of metal out but he also charged my iPad to prove it was fixed.

Don't deal with this thief. I do the same work on your premises and don't require you to bring anything anywhere. Most computer service can be done straight from the keyboard and things like drive failures are actually rare but ALWAYS back up your data! Never trust the hardware 100%.

Zero stars. Long story short- Do NOT trust this repair place unless you are in the mood to be lied to and ripped off.Three weeks ago I dropped off a laptop with a hard drive that needed to be replaced. At the time of drop off, I told him it had already been tested and I only needed a hard drive replacement. I also let him know all the computer specs and details. He said he would estimate about $175 but would call me back in a couple of days to let me know.Three weeks pass with no contact. We stop in to check and he tells us "a lot more is wrong than the hard drive". When asked what else was wrong his response was "uhhhh I'd have to look can you come back tomorrow?"
