The customer service is great. I called at 8 am in the morning and had an appointment for a visit between 12-2 pm. They were at my home on time, diagnosed the problem, and quickly got my unit functioning correctly. . The technicians were very polite and kind to explain why the system malfunctioned, and after replacing the defective part, they checked everything to make sure the ac was working properly. They were very efficient and the total cost was minimal and worth it to have cool air blowing again! Thanks so much!!
