Charlie’s team recently replaced our AC compressor outside and evaporator coil in the attic. They showed up on time, found a work-around and corrected a few issues left behind by the original builder. Not only did they not charge us for the extra work, they also adjusted their pricing down $150 at the end of the job from their original quote because of less materials needing to be used.That’s what I call integrity!Thank you, Charlie’s A/C & Heating!
I have been using Charlie's AC for almost 20 years. The last few times I had issues were emergencies and they fit me in that day. Two weeks ago my AC stopped blowing cold air and the temps were in the 100's. They were at my house within an hour and fixed the problem. The office people are always friendly and the work is great.
I called Charlie's at around 6:15 yesterday, the 4th of July. Within 15 minutes I received a text asking for my address and letting me know they were on their way. Came in went outside for a minute, came inside and up in the attic and said the ac line was clogged. 5 minutes later he was done, the ac was working and he was on his way. I thought the price was very reasonable considering it was a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend them.Service: A/C system repair
