I’ve been here a month and so far so good. Coaches are super helpful and do a great job of working with everyone. Members are super friendly.Workouts are challenging and Im already seeing progress both in strength, body physique as well as weight loss

Coaches Jenn and Peter went out of their way to accommodate my drop-in while I was in town visiting family, and I’m so appreciative! It’s a great space, great equipment, and a very friendly environment. Definitely will be coming back next town I’m in town!

I came here for a drop-in when in town for work and next time I'm in Conroe I'll come to this box for sure. Pedro is a motivated and knowledgeable coach and everyone in the class was friendly and made it fun. Highly recommended!

Bombshell CrossFit is an all inclusive functional fitness facility that follows the CrossFit Methodology. We run group fitness classes lead by Certified CrossFit Trainers. Our goal is to push you outside your comfort zone, so you can learn how to change and excel and become fitter, healthier people. We have a fitness community of people from all walks of life, all ages, and all fitness levels. Each member helping to push and encourage each other to achieve new levels of health and wellness. No experience necessary to start!
