So grateful. OK. I am doing a shout out for "trigger muscle release therapy" OMG. I was in lower back pain for WEEKS after lifing something too heavy.. yeah, I still think I can do anything, grin. Resulted in debilitating back pain. An Austin friend told me about trigger muscle release therapy... and I found Jarrett Smilie at Body MechaniX. He KNOWS what he's doing. When I stood up at the end, my hips were aligned. AND NO PAIN. For a few seconds I walked like I was on a slanted floor because my gait wasn't used to walking in balance. I was pain-free. Jarrett knows what he's talking about. I can't recommend him enough, also instead of just fixing the problem (for me it's my hips/shoulders,) he will sit there and take the time to discuss the solution with you as well. Like what stretches/massages you can do for yourself to help out in the future. Once again, can't recommend him enough. Had to post this review on Google and Yelp, so that's why there's the same one. Just want to make sure it gets seen. Great guy 10/10
