Bad business they bought a sign from me then never paid for it I had to pay my boss out of my own pocket because I took his word that he was going to come back and pay for it. It cost me over $240
Called for their service and this man's words were. "You sure you paying the hook up fee($125) plus the miles. Cause once we hook and payment isn't made then it gets impounded...Learn how to do business with folks. If I wasn't paying I wouldn't be calling. But you folks are one of them people that take advantage of others in need of towing services
ATK towing illegally towed my Motorhome from a HEB Parking lot, despite not being illegally parked, parked there for 4 hours while my fiancee and i ate lunch, and my phone number posted on the driver and passenger door in case it needed to be moved. They have denied us access to our personal possessions despite having the documents required by TDLR to retrieve personal property (Bill of sale signed by registers owner and proper identification) which included everything we own (We live in our Motorhome).
