Love, Love this place and the people. Very professional and friendly, it's a true family style business with everyone looking out for the betterment of the company and its success. Seamless process from the inception in 2021, with my only hiccups being my having to deal with my local HOA, outside of that, ARK Generators have been there for me each and every time. Once my battery exploded, they were on the spot and installing a new one. With the recent Beryl fiasco, sent them an email after hours and Tim calls be back to calm me down and walk me through what i needed to calm down...generator is was running just fine, I was just... read full review
